Our most popular service is the Therapeutic Bodywork Session ranging from 60-90 minutes in duration. These sessions allow the therapist to either provide full-body work, or focus on specific areas/issues.

We also offer Prenatal sessions (60-75 minutes) for expecting mothers, and shorter, focused sessions for Neck, Jaw, and Scalp ranging from 30-45 minutes.

Add-ons such as cupping therapy, herbal pain relief oil, foot scrubs, etc are also available.

At Intrinsic Wellness Massage & Bodywork we take pride in providing an exceptional experience and prioritizing your care. The goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you walked in. Each session is customized to each individual client - It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. At Intrinsic Wellness Massage & Bodywork, enhancements to make your session better such as cupping therapy, magnesium oil, and hot towels are included at no extra charge - and gratuity is also included so it’s one flat rate.

There is a 24-hour cancellation/no show/late reschedule policy in effect for each session scheduled. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours in advance will result in the payment being forfeited, or the card on file being charged for 100% of the amount of service(s). Clients are required to sign an electronic waiver to agree to these terms. While text and email reminders are conveniently sent for upcoming appointments, clients are ultimately responsible for keeping track of their appointments.

There are no refunds on gift certificates. If a client requests a refund on a purchased but not redeemed service we will gladly refund the amount paid to the original form of payment and cancel the appointment if it’s booked. There are no refunds on late cancellations (cancelled within 24-hours of scheduled appointment start time) and no refunds on no shows. There are no refunds on redeemed services.

Gift certificates can be:

• Purchased online on the Appointments page and then emailed directly to the recipient or printed

• Purchased in person (please contact Cherelle Garcia, LMT directly to arrange a time to pick up)

• Mailed to the recipient (contact Cherelle Garcia, LMT directly to arrange)

All gift certificates are allowed to be redeemed up to one year (365 days) into the future. If redeeming beyond that time frame please contact Cherelle Garcia, LMT directly.

To redeem a gift certificate you can either book online, or contact Cherelle Garcia, LMT via text or email to book. You will need the gift certificate redemption code. Gift certificates are only allowed to be redeemed for the $ amount (i.e. if pricing has changed since purchase, then the client redeeming the certificate will pay the difference from $ amount of gift certificate to match the cost of service).
